• Okay, after pasting the code, save it on the desktop.
• Now copy the new Hosts file and paste it in the original folder and replace the previous one.
• Now open IDM and if it asks for registration, enter the fake details and use the serial key given below and activate it.

Help! I am getting some Problems

The problems that you can get are listed here with the solutions.

I can't save the Hosts file.

Yes, you cannot save the hosts file. You have to click "Save As" and then save it on the desktop. After saving on Desktop, copy it and replace the original one.

The new Hosts file is a txt file.

This is the most common problem that you may face. All you have to do is save the hosts file on the desktop with the extension ".txt". Now open My Computer and click "Organize" in the top left corner of the window. Now click the View tab and untick "Hide Extension for known File Types" and click OK. Now rename the new Hosts file and remove the extension from it. All Done!

I am using Windows 8 and can't change the extension.

If you're using Windows 8 click the "View" tab at the top and select "File Name Extension" and follow the steps from the above.

Download the Hosts File

You can download the Hosts file and replace the original one with the downloaded one. This way all your work will be automated and you don't have to do anything except the copy and paste.

Just Download the Hosts file from below and paste it in "C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\" and replace the original one.

Click the Download button given below and wait for 5 seconds and then click "Skip Ad" button and your download will start automatically.
